About the Role

We are seeking an Assessment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessment and evaluation, with expertise in designing and implementing assessments that measure learning outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing assessments that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to ensure that assessments are valid, reliable, and fair.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of assessment principles and be able to apply this knowledge to design and implement assessments that meet the needs of our clients. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement assessments that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that assessments are valid, reliable, and fair
  • Develop assessment tools and resources that are engaging, interactive, and effective
  • Deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients

Requirements

  • Strong background in assessment and evaluation
  • Expertise in designing and implementing assessments that measure learning outcomes
  • Deep understanding of assessment principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

£32,000 - £37,000 per annum
