**Job Overview:**

Line Up Aviation is currently seeking a highly skilled Disability Support Specialist to join their team across the UK. The successful candidate will have experience in student disabilities assessments and be eager to learn and adapt to new situations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality accessibility training to meet customer needs
  • Evaluate the suitability of assistive technology and offer advice on appropriate hardware, software, and other aids for each individual
  • Prepare study needs assessment reports for students in Higher Education who are in receipt of Disabled Students' Allowances (DSA's)

**Requirements:**

  • Predominantly remote work with occasional travel required
  • Full-time position with regular hours: 09:00-17:30, Monday to Friday
  • Detailed understanding of disability support and accessibility measures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary Information:**

The salary for this role is estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
