About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and look after everyone who comes to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Requirements
