About the Role:

As a Career Guidance Specialist with Reed in Partnership, you will be responsible for supporting unemployed individuals to find and sustain employment. You will engage with employers to identify job opportunities and provide personalized guidance to job seekers.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a genuine positive impact in the lives of others. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and help them achieve their employment goals.

We are looking for an experienced professional who has a minimum of 2 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma, and GCSE English Language at Grade B or equivalent Level 2 qualification. You should also have coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills through previous work or social activities.

  • Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £31,500 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Seeker Support: Meet with job seekers, identify challenges and barriers, and provide personalized guidance to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Training and Development: Book job seekers onto relevant training courses, including customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, IT literacy, and more.
  • Employer Engagement: Liaise with employers to identify employment opportunities for job seekers and build strong relationships to benefit both parties.
