Job Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Senior Delay Analysis Professional to join the team at Maxim Recruitment. As a key player in our claims and disputes division, you will work on high-profile domestic and international projects, utilizing your expertise in planning software and delay analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior staff on projects/assignments requiring planning and delay analysis expertise.
  • Handle delay claims on live projects, applying your knowledge of EOT claims and dispute resolution tactics.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses in arbitration and litigation proceedings.
  • Assist colleagues with project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
  • Provide advisory services to clients on problematic projects, recommending dispute avoidance strategies and alternative resolution techniques.
Requirements
  • A degree-level education in a construction-related field or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a role involving common planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta PowerProject, and/or similar programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of using planning software, TILOS, CEMAR, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
