Risk and Control Analyst

The Risk & Control Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the Operational Risk Framework and executing the control plan. They will also monitor and report operational incidents impacting the branch, as well as monitor operational risks arising from outsourced activities.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Risk Framework: Participate in the maintenance of the Operational Risk Framework, including mapping of operational processes, operational risk matrix, and control plans.
- Operational Incidents: Formalize incident forms, assist in identifying action plans, and perform follow-up on implementation.
- Risks arising from outsourced activities: Monitor risks, follow-up on indicators, and liaise with service providers.
The Risk & Control Analyst will also attend local committees, including the CASA UK Risk and Control committee and the CASA UK Internal Control Committee. They will assist the Chief Risk Officer in organizing and preparing these committees.
Requirements- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of operational risk management and control frameworks. They will be able to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
