We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Control Analyst to join our team at Crédit Agricole CIB. As a Risk and Control Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the Operational Risk Framework and executing the control plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the Operational Risk Framework and execute the control plan.
  • Monitor and report operational incidents impacting the branch.
  • Monitor operational risks arising from outsourced activities.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for Paris and London committees.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor financial risks to which the branch is exposed.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the Operational Risk Framework.
  • Monitor daily alerts from the atypical transactions monitoring tool.
  • Prepare dedicated reports and feed the Group's operational incidents database.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Autonomy and hard work.
  • Team player with good knowledge of French and/or English financial regulations.
Technical Skills:
  • Finance basics.
  • Fluent French and/or English.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
