Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Event Team Coordinator to lead our experienced and enthusiastic teams at Swansea.com Stadium in one of our food outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests on match days and events
  • Oversee food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers
  • Lead daily staff briefings, ensuring effective communication and task delegation
  • Manage stock control, food preparation, and time management to maintain a smooth operation
  • Supervise the team, providing guidance and support to ensure a successful day
  • Assist with staff training and development to maintain the highest standards
  • Resolve customer service complaints promptly and efficiently

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in the fast-food sector
  • Experience with Self Ordering Units (SOU) is desired but not essential
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead the team through high-volume periods
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Up-to-date food hygiene and allergen certificates are preferred but not essential
