We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Broughty Ferry or Carnoustie.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling adults with support needs to live independently in their own homes. You will provide person-centred support, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to adults with varying levels of need
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
- Opportunities for training and development, including vocational qualifications
- A supportive and flexible working environment
- Reimbursement for PVG Scheme fees
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
