Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of practice nurses in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage complex patient needs, including those with long-term conditions and complex needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registered Part 1 NMC
  • Independent/Supplementary Nursing Prescribing V300
  • Clinical Supervision and Mentorship Training and Experience
  • Clinical Examination/Diagnostics
  • Masters Level Study in Relevant Module(s)
  • MSc in Advanced Practice or RCN Credentialling
  • Extensive experience as a lead/senior practice nurse in a GP practice
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
