Support Children and Families

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their team. This role requires a skilled professional who can assess and support children and families with complex needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Develop and implement effective assessment and planning processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Collaborate and Intervene: Work collaboratively with professionals to develop support plans and intervene when necessary to improve the lives and safety of children and families.
  • Care Arrangements: Ensure that children unable to be cared for by parents or carers receive suitable care arrangements, prioritizing their well-being and stability.
  • Empower Individuals: Promote autonomy and development for individuals with complex social needs, focusing on maximizing personal strengths and resources.
  • Record Keeping and Collaboration: Maintain accurate records and participate in planning and decision-making forums to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Tertiary Education: Act as Practice Educator or Assessor for social work students or Newly Qualified Social Workers, sharing expertise and promoting professional growth.
  • Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with communities, families, and individuals, maximizing personal strengths and resources.
  • Case Management: Hold a caseload and provide case management, guidance, and support to social care staff and students, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Organisational Development: Contribute to organisational development and work as part of project or process teams to drive continuous improvement.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
