About the Role:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at a time of growth. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR support to develop talent, engagement, and development initiatives
  • Review and refine current policies and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Senior stakeholders to drive business growth and success
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's growth plans
  • Ensure the building blocks are in place for a growing SME, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, ideally within the tech/IT sector
  • Ability to influence Senior stakeholders and drive business results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days per week on site in the office
