About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive HR support to the Senior Leadership team, focusing on talent development, engagement, and process improvement.
  • Review and refine current policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the COO to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and department heads.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the tech/IT sector.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through HR initiatives.
