Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting the measurement, pricing, and evaluation of tenders, as well as taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measurement and pricing of tenders
  • Project management and administration
  • Cost management and control
  • Procurement and subcontractor management
  • Reporting and forecasting
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retrofit and commercial management
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and team player skills
