About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Angels Share in Edinburgh. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will work closely with the Head Chef to design and deliver menus that meet customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include placing orders, minimizing wastage, and serving high-quality dishes. You will also assist in recruiting, training, and developing the kitchen team, ensuring skills are up-to-date and opportunities for development are taken advantage of.
