Job Description:
We are seeking a Travel Claims Specialist to join our team at Charles Taylor. As a specialist in claims resolution, you will be responsible for evaluating claims and verifying the coverage of the insurance policy via email and telephone. Your role will involve collecting necessary information and documents to proceed with a claim and resolving claims efficiently.

You will be required to answer a high volume of calls and emails, providing clear verbal and written guidance to ensure that the claim process is first class. A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite, and previous call centre / customer service experience is preferred. Confident speaking to people on the phone with exceptional communication skills is also essential.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £29,562 per annum, with additional benefits including hybrid working, free health cash plan worth £1700 per annum, and generous high-street rewards scheme for family and friends.
