Customer Experience Champion

As a Customer Experience Champion at Charles Taylor, you will be the cornerstone of exceptional customer experiences to our travel customers. You will oversee claims from initiation to resolution, making informed decisions on claim validity while remaining vigilant for any signs of potential fraud.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £29,562 per annum, with fantastic opportunities for learning, development, and career progression.
