About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join its Strategic Engagement team in Inpoint, London. This role involves partnering with clients to develop relationships and drive success in their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aon's and insurers' strategies, products, leadership, and operations to enhance client outcomes.
  • Contribute to initiatives across the wider firm, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Manage account relationships, gathering information from carriers and colleagues, participating in projects, and liaising between internal professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report to senior colleagues on relationship satisfaction, fostering a mutual understanding between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work as part of a team delivering discrete projects for insurers and reinsurers on strategic questions, undertaking market research, financial, and data analysis to inform recommendations.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of interviews with clients and Aon colleagues, engaging in the production of reports and other client deliverables.

About You

We're looking for a hardworking and inspiring individual with a background in the commercial insurance industry or business development roles within financial services. You should have proven relationship management skills, with experience building trusted relationships both internally and externally.
