Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Digital Sales Director to lead our Central and Eastern European team. As a key member of our Global Growth Advertiser Sales department, you'll be responsible for driving new business sales and ensuring both you and your team meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team in the CEE region
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting new business closure rates and revenue
  • Actively participate in researching, identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier advertisers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, identify new lead sources, and manage inbound and outbound lead generation efforts
  • Collaborate with account management teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Provide field intelligence to product management regarding feature development and enhancement
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years working in a sales position, preferably at a digital media company with demonstrated outstanding sales achievements and leadership skills
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating deals, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and conversational English, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • A true passion for online content and a strong drive to achieve sales targets
