Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Leasing Sales Professional to join our team at Rightlease. As a key player in our sales division, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute personalized sales plans to meet client needs and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry developments
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to ensure proactive decision-making

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in vehicle leasing sales, telemarketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission based on achieving agreed KPIs
