About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive customer support, offering product and service alternatives to meet customer needs.
  • Enter orders in our ERP system, following company procedures and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing product information to customers and sales representatives.
  • Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and initiative.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and German and/or French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
