About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at Newstone Talent Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing precise analysis and insights to support senior management in evaluating performance and driving commercially informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercially informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy
  • Identify trends and insights from large data sets to offer recommendations and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels within the organisation
Requirements
  • Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
  • Strong numerical aptitude with proven experience in business partnering across various departments
  • Highly analytical, skilled in working with large Excel data sets to quickly identify trends and provide actionable insights and solutions
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Oracle or QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
