Job Summary
Hurfords, a leading estate agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team in Uppingham. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a profitable and well-organized office, and leading a team of lettings professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of lettings professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high performance standards.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share, drive sales, and achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve services.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of delivering results and achieving business targets.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of lettings professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations as required.
