We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Hurfords, part of the Connells Group. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential lettings team in Uppingham and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of lettings professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in lettings management, preferably in a residential lettings environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
