Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Develop and implement project governance and quality assurance processes
- Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
