Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Ocado Group's project management methodologies and standards.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate project benefits and value to stakeholders.
