Job Title: Commercial Trader

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Trader to join our team at Just Group plc. As a key member of our Public Credit team, you will be responsible for leading on flow trade idea generation and execution, as well as being the front of house with banks and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on day-to-day trading execution, ensuring best execution in a risk-controlled manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank and broker counterparties to ensure strong liquidity and allocation
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to the wider investment team and senior executives
  • Contribute to the development of the trading function's capabilities and processes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of relevant experience in a bank, insurance company, or asset manager
  • Experience trading fixed income, preferably IG credit
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in uncertain circumstances
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
