Job Title: Senior Team Leader Care Bank

At Care UK, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Team Leader to join our care team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standard of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer and record medication for residents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support care staff to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care to residents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies, including health and safety, security, and record-keeping.
