Job Title: Senior Team Leader Care Bank

At Care UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our care team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer and record medication prescribed by residents' medical practitioners.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support care staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
