As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to our service users, helping them to set and achieve their goals, and promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement support plans, and provide guidance and advice to service users on a range of issues, including housing, benefits, and employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forward-thinking and resilient attitude, with ability to overcome barriers and setbacks
  • Strong character, with ability to remain calm and collected in challenging situations
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
