Pension Team Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Team Leader to join our team in Ipswich.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior pensions or payroll positions and be able to manage a team effectively.

  • Lead and manage the Pension and Reporting team, ensuring exceptional customer value and legislative compliance.
  • Accurately complete administration tasks for multiple pension schemes, including LGPS and Teachers' Pension schemes.
  • Liaise regularly with pension providers to ensure accurate and timely pension data returns.
  • Support the team in resolving pension queries within SLA guidelines and managing escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll, Helpdesk, and Systems teams to ensure they are up-to-date with company and legislation changes.
  • Produce detailed reports with high levels of reconciliation and interpretation.
  • Support the monthly pension and reporting processes and verify accuracy of pension transactions.
