About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Aerodynamics team as an Industrial Placement. As an Aerodynamics Industrial Placement, you will play a critical role in contributing to the aerodynamic development of our Formula 1 car.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance the car's aerodynamic performance
  • Design and develop aerodynamic components using CAD software
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform aerodynamic development decisions
  • Participate in wind tunnel testing and collaborate with other aero development teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong foundation in aerodynamics and a degree in Aerospace or Motorsport Engineering
  • Experience in motorsport, either through internships or personal projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools
  • Experience with CFD software and its application in engineering
