About the Role

We are seeking an experienced community nurse to lead our neighbourhood nursing teams in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our local population.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of leadership and management, with a strong understanding of coaching processes and the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Key responsibilities will include supporting teams with day-to-day operational tasks, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring the delivery of services in line with national and local policies.

The role will also involve promoting a positive image of Neighbourhood Nursing, working closely with integrated teams to build effective collaborative relationships with GPs, social care, and voluntary agencies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Adult nursing degree and NMC registration
  • Experience of working with multiple organisations and voluntary sector
  • Knowledge of Solution Driven Method of Interaction
  • Leadership and management training
