Risk Management Specialist

Synopsis of the Job:
- Manage key client projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Oversee project aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (if applicable) to deliver projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, shareable with clients and the project team.
- Meet with clients to document and clarify project requirements, manage scope creep, and establish expectations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, prepare, monitor, and execute project milestones.
- Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools, techniques, and metrics to analyze successful project completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and ability to interact with Senior Stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
