As a Deputy Boutique Manager, you will deputise for the Boutique Manager and take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the boutique. This will include leading and managing a team of colleagues and volunteers, ensuring that the boutique is run efficiently and effectively, and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail or charity retail environment, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets. You will be a creative and innovative thinker, with excellent display skills and the ability to come up with new ideas to boost sales. Basic administration and PC skills are essential, as well as a good sense of humour and stamina.

Key Responsibilities:
