Adult Support Services Manager

About the Job
We are seeking a Adult Support Services Manager to join our team at Cartrefi Cymru Co.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of care staff and develop and implement effective support plans to meet the needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading a team of care staff to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Developing and implementing effective support plans to meet the needs of individuals.
- Managing the service in the absence of the Service Manager and reporting to the Area Manager/on-call manager where appropriate.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation and management in a social care setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts and provide cover as required.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,371 per annum, based on a 40-hour week, plus benefits including:
- 20 days annual leave (rising to 25 days after 5 years).
