Adult Learning Services Senior Leader

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join our Residential Service in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- To work collaboratively with the Area Manager and Senior Leadership team to drive the delivery of high-quality services.
- To manage and build positive relationships with stakeholders, upholding our organization's vision and values.
- QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience as a deputy or service manager is desirable.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- A flexible approach to work, including occasional evening and weekend shifts, and occasional overnight stays in the service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Outlook.
- A positive attitude to change and embracing new systems.
- A salary range of £30,000 - £32,000.
