">We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Activities Lead. In this role, you will support the Regional Manager in developing and maintaining a high-quality service that meets the needs of our service users and follows our Vision, Mission and Values.
">Key Responsibilities">As an Activities Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Building strong relationships with service users and understanding their interests and preferences.">
- Designing and delivering activities that cater to individual needs, making any necessary adjustments to ensure participation.">
- Providing group and individual activities, including booking external entertainment and outings.">
- Maintaining accurate records and managing budgets effectively.">
- Working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are maintained.">

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
- Good digital skills and excellent communication skills.">
- Organisational skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.">
- Empathy, understanding, and a passion for working with clients with additional needs.">
- A sound knowledge of safeguarding and ability to understand procedures.">
