At SF Recruitment (Nottingham), we are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office and home.

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing sales ledger accounts, collecting cash, and recording all communications using a bespoke collections system. As a successful candidate, you will be part of a friendly and personable team, working closely with the sales team to ensure timely collections and resolving any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in credit control, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex queries and disputes while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as free onsite parking, company pension, social events, and hybrid working arrangements.
