About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Programme Lead to join our team at Northampton General Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing complex digital transformation programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation programmes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation programmes, ensuring they are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clinicians, and other external partners.
  • Ensure that digital transformation programmes are delivered in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, and that they meet the required standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of leading and managing complex digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the hospital's goals and objectives.
