  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and guidance to young people with SEND.
  • Assist young people in identifying and securing work-based opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure young people receive tailored support.
  • Promote safeguarding, equality, and diversity.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people with SEND.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in job coaching or workplace learning.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of young people.
  • An understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.

Salary: £16 per hour.
