About the Role
- Lead a team of store colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including stock management and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
About You
- You will have experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, with a proven track record of success in a similar environment.
- You will possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- You will be a drive to mentor and support your colleagues, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- You will be flexible, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays.
- We are seeking a Romanian Speaker due to the customer base of the store, but this is not essential.
