Primary School Learning Support Worker

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student with autism (ASD) in Year 3 at Academics Ltd. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping the student achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism and ABA therapy techniques. You will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the education of the student, incorporating ABA therapy techniques into everyday learning, and ensuring the student's involvement in wider school life.
Key Requirements:
- Graduates with a 2:1 or higher degree in SEN subjects or psychology
- 3 years' employment history in an SEN school or 1:1 role
- Experience working with children with autism and ABA therapy techniques
- Reliability and commitment to providing a consistent support system
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:15pm, with a salary of £83-£90 per day, depending on experience and certifications. The location is Oxford (OX2).
