You will handle a portfolio of professional indemnity claims, working closely with customers and key brokers to deliver exceptional service. Daily contact with clients and stakeholders will ensure seamless communication and prompt issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, intellectual skills, and insurance knowledge. A sound understanding of litigation and the legal process is essential, as well as experience in managing complex technical and legal challenges.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to delivering a superior customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Collaborating with underwriters to win and retain business, you will help develop Hiscox's insurance products.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years' experience in professional indemnity claims or equivalent experience in civil/commercial litigation claims in England and Wales. A qualified solicitor, legal executive, paralegal, CII claims professional, or insurance claims handler is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and the demands of the role. Our hybrid working policy allows you to balance work and personal life effectively, with flexibility to manage your time and productivity.
