Curriculum Development and Delivery

We are looking for an experienced Engineering professional with a teaching qualification to lead the development and delivery of our engineering curriculum. As Deputy Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for creating engaging and creative programmes that meet the needs of local industry.

You will work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop and deliver high-quality engineering education, teaching, supporting, and assessing students' coursework. You will also be responsible for overseeing Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualifications, planning a curriculum that meets local/regional skills requirements, and implementing new T levels in Engineering.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality engineering education.
  • Teaching, supporting, and assessing students' coursework.
  • Overseeing Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualifications.
  • Planning a curriculum that meets local/regional skills requirements.
  • Implementing new T levels in Engineering.
  • Leading the team to ensure all students receive up-to-date and correct information.
