**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Engineer to join our Aerospace team at The National Composites Centre.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of industrial solutions, specifically in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and High-rate Next Generation Single Aisle development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of advanced composite materials and structures for AAM and next-generation aircraft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize aircraft systems and components.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- PhD or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace engineering, research, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering results.
