Job Title: Residential Parking Services ProviderIn this role, you will be responsible for providing secure and efficient parking services to our luxury residential clients, working closely with our Building Team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist residents and their guests, ensuring a positive arrival experience.
- Park and retrieve residents' cars promptly and professionally.
- Establish trust with residents and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and address potential safety and security concerns.
- Support our Building Team in delivering exceptional service and results.
- Hold a valid full UK driving license for over 3 years (for insurance purposes).
- Be at least 25 years old.
You can expect an annual salary of approximately £38,000, based on your experience, and enjoy flexible working hours and opportunities for career advancement.
