About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Resident Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Housing Team, you will work closely with customers to provide support and guidance on tenancy-related matters.

About the Role

The Housing Officer role is a critical position that requires a high level of customer service skills and a strong understanding of Housing Law. You will need to have previous experience of working with vulnerable individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to customers on tenancy-related matters.
  • Work with customers to identify and manage potential safeguarding issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote community cohesion and reduce anti-social behaviour.
  • Collaborate with other agencies to deliver services that meet the needs of customers.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Housing Law and legislation.
  • Previous experience of working with vulnerable individuals and groups.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
