We're seeking a seasoned Senior Bid Manager to join our Construction business, based in the UK. As a key member of our Pre-Construction team, you'll play a crucial role in building projects that support and develop local communities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble a bid team with the relevant knowledge and skills to prepare a winning bid.
  • Implement bid management procedures and ensure they are followed at each stage of the bid process.
  • Chair Bid Kick-off meetings, solution development, and mid-bid meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a tender period programme, communicate actions to the team, and monitor progress.
  • Attend feedback sessions with clients and coordinate tender queries and amendments.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in bid management.
  • Bidding experience on education, healthcare, commercial, and leisure projects.
  • Previous experience working with a leading national or regional contractor.
