We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Retirement team as an Actuarial Trainee Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to provide actuarial services and support in managing their pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of actuarial valuations and reports for clients
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of actuarial models and tools
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide joined-up advice to clients on pension scheme design, funding, governance, administration, and communication
  • Develop consulting skills to help clients understand and manage their pension risks

Requirements

  • Good numerical and communication skills
  • Ability to plan work effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong desire to solve challenging, technical problems
